Return Material Authorization

Our customer service team will help determine what further assistance is required. They will give you a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. You must properly package the product, clearly marking the RMA number on the package include your proof of purchase date with the product.

We will process your return and send your repaired or replacement product to you at our expense for products being shipped to locations in North America. Satisfaction Guaranteed

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If dissatisfied with the product(s) for any reason, return the product within 30 days of purchase if it is in like new condition and still in our packaging. Pay for the shipping and we will refund your money less the original shipping cost.

Product Exchange

If you would like to exchange for a different product, first return the product and once we receive it we will send out your exchange. The difference in amounts will be refunded as well to whichever party is short.
